This treatment combination is the first non-invasive solution to target the entire core. It combines Emsculpt NEO that uses High Intensity Focused Electromagnetic (HIFEM) energy and controlled Monopolar Radiofrequency (RF) to burn fat and tone muscle, and Emsella which uses HIFEM to reduce the severity of stress incontinence. Additional functionality benefits of this combination include improved mobility, balance, and stability for a heightened quality of life.
We believe that Emsculpt NEO is becoming the gold standard for body contouring with no known reported cases of paradoxical fat stimulation, a 30% reduction in fat, and the added benefit of muscle toning. Many factors determine our shape, however there is strong evidence supporting the effects menopause has on the body. Lowered estrogen levels during menopause are associated with increased abdominal fat (both subcutaneous and visceral) known as central adiposity. These changes are independent of body weight and total body adiposity, and result in an increased waistline and waist-hip ratio measurement.
Age related muscle mass reduction, known as sarcopenia, further contributes to the loss of gluteal muscle bulk to affect body shape, with an average of 3-8% loss per decade from the age of 30, and higher after the age of 60.
Our Tuck & Tone treatment combination is ideal to address this concern and achieve waistline and abdominal fat reduction, whilst also targeting love handles, and improving core strength.
These areas are targeted using Emsculpt NEO (HIFEM and RF) to simultaneously build muscle and burn fat. For the first time in the era of non-invasive body contouring, we can improve functionality, lifestyle, balance, and posture.
For this treatment combination we use Emsculpt NEO’s standard abdominal applicators to target the rectus abdominus and anterior abdomen subcutaneous, and innovative Edge applicators to target visceral fat. Pregnancy and childbirth also effect body shape. The two main concerns we treat related to this at Ocean Cosmetics are abdominal wall laxity and abdominal wall separation, known as diastasis recti.
Our Taut & Tone treatment allows us to provide a non-surgical option to bring those muscles together using Emsculpt NEO (HIFEM and RF). This treatment has been shown to improve the muscle separation by 20% in 3 months, and increase muscle tone by 25%. Alongside addressing this concern, this treatment combination improves core strength, functionality, and supports cellulite reduction with Emtone that uses RF and Targeted Pressure Energy (TPE).
Commonly affecting women, cellulite is a difficult condition to treat that worsens with age and as individuals experience menopause. It is believed that cellulite is caused by deranged fibrous bands that run from the skin to the muscle through the fat layer. It pulls down on the skin while the fat pockets push upwards causing the skin dimpling.
