At Ocean Cosmetics, we’re passionate about working with all patients to provide innovative treatments and achieve their goals! If you’re looking to feel your best and boost your confidence, our experienced and knowledgeable team of doctors, cosmetics nurses, and dermal therapists are here to help. Today, we’re looking at the top concerns we see in the clinic for male patients, alongside the treatments and technologies we use to target them.

  1. Rosacea – BBL Photorejuvenation

BBL photorejuvenation effectively treats rosacea using light energy that gently heats the upper layers of the skin. This heat is absorbed, stimulating the cell regeneration process to provide visible results including a more even skin tone from the first treatment.

  1. Acne scarring – Endymed Intensif

This dermal skin remodelling treatment combines skin needling and unique 3DEEP radiofrequency technology to rejuvenate the complexion. These encourage the skin’s natural healing process, stimulating collagen and elastin production whilst effectively reducing the appearance of acne scarring, evening out skin tone, and reducing pore size. Endymed Intensif treatments can also be used to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

  1. Open pores – HydraFacial

Performed via a device that operates like a vacuum, this non-invasive treatment opens pores to extract impurities and dead skin cells whilst cleansing, hydrating, and moisturising. Requiring no downtime, this soothing facial evens out skin tone and reduces pigmentation concerns for brighter, smoother skin. This can be performed on most areas where texture, dullness, and clogged pores are a concern, including the face, back, buttocks, thighs, neck, and arms.

  1. Acne – Chemical Peels

We offer a wide range of chemical peels, including blemish-refining peels that penetrate the skin’s layers to target cells responsible for acne breakouts. Alongside effectively treating acne, chemical peels offer benefits including boosted collagen production, a more even skin tone, and a brighter complexion. We recommend a course of several peels to achieve optimal results.

  1. Hair removal – Lightsheer Hair Removal

Using a single wavelength of light to target the hair follicle and achieve permanent hair reduction, this treatment is fast, has minimal downtime, and is effective to safely treat hair on all skin types. Note, that this treatment cannot be used as a hair removal method for the beard.

  1. Fine lines and wrinkles – Bro-tox

Bro-tox softens the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, including frown lines and crow’s feet, for a more youthful complexion. This cosmetic injection treatment gently relaxes your muscles to smooth and refine the skin, provide long-lasting results, and can even prevent new wrinkles from forming. Our doctors and cosmetic nurses are highly experienced, and help you to achieve natural and balanced results.

  1. Sun damage – Fraxel

Our Fraxel treatment uses fractional laser technology to effectively treat a range of concerns, including sun damage, and transform the appearance of your skin. This treatment penetrates deep into the dermal layer to stimulate new collagen and elastin production, allowing you to achieve smoother, healthier, and brighter skin.
