Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. 

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns if you have had a reaction to one of our skincare products. We do not accept returns for change of mind. 

We recommend allowing up to 30 days of use to properly assess how your skin responds to a product, as this is a typical skin cycle. 

RATIONALE offers a 100 per cent money-back satisfaction guarantee as part of our order return policy. You will have 30 days from date of purchase to return your RATIONALE order for a full refund or exchange.  Proof of purchase must be provided when returning any formulation(s). Returned items will be refunded using the same method that was used to make payment. It may take  up to four business days to process the refund, and a further four business days for your financial institution to process the refund.  

To request a return, please contact us at info@oceancosmetics.com.au with your order details and a description of the reaction. 

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns must be approved before being sent back—items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
