Join our growing team across Wembley Downs & Cottesloe.
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact in our clinics and play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience.
This role combines customer service, clinical support, and administration within a fast-paced medical aesthetics environment.
You will:
• Deliver outstanding client experiences from first contact to follow-up
• Prepare patients for treatments and support clinicians during procedures
• Take clinical photographs in line with treatment protocols
• Explain retail products and assist clients with aftercare and recommendations
• Manage bookings, systems, and patient records accurately
• Support daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Assist with communications, marketing updates, and clinic coordination
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Experienced in customer service or medical/clinic environments
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicating with clients and teams
• Comfortable with technology, systems, and apps
• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented
