Cancellation & Appointment Policy

OVERVIEW

At Ocean Cosmetic Clinic, we value the time of our clients and our team. To help us maintain a smooth and respectful schedule, we kindly ask that all clients review and adhere to the following cancellation, no-show, and arrival policies. These policies allow us to provide the highest level of care and availability to all clients.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice or more will have their deposit refunded or transferred to a future booking.

Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the booking deposit being retained.

For treatment packages, one treatment from the package will be voided if cancelled within the 48-hour window.

If no deposit was taken at the time of booking, a cancellation fee of $150 or 50% of the booked treatment cost (whichever is greater) will apply.

NO-SHOWS

We provide SMS and email reminders four days prior to your appointment and kindly ask that you confirm as soon as possible.

If an appointment is not confirmed, we will attempt to contact you. Unconfirmed appointments may be cancelled to allow availability for other clients.

In the event of a no-show, any booking deposit will be forfeited.

For bookings without a deposit, a fee of $150 or 50% of the booked treatment price (whichever is greater) will apply.

ARRIVAL TIMES

We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time, as even brief delays can impact our carefully planned schedule.

New clients are encouraged to arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete any required forms if not completed in advance.

If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, this may affect the services we are able to safely provide. In some cases, your appointment may need to be adjusted, shortened, or forfeited to ensure treatment quality and safety.

Clients arriving 10 minutes late may be subject to a late cancellation fee of $150 or 50% of the booked treatment cost (whichever is greater).

CONFIRMATIONS & CONTACT

Please ensure you confirm your appointment by replying to our reminder text message. Failure to confirm may result in your booking being cancelled.
