Updated COVID Clinic Policy November 2020

To ensure a safe environment for our staff and clients, we will be implementing our updated COVID policy, which includes:

✨  if you feel sick at all, please reschedule your appointment
✨  signing you into the clinic using the SafeWA app. Please download the app prior to your appointment to assist with our new contact free tracing measures.
✨  remove any make up prior to your appointment by double cleansing. We’ll wipe with an alcohol wipe prior to your treatment
✨  you numb at home prior to your appointment, if numbing required
✨ if we are running late in the clinic, we will call you to notify to ensure you are not waiting for extended periods of time in the waiting room
✨ no guests or children are permitted to attend the appointment with you
✨  you allow us to check your temperature prior to coming into the clinic
✨  you complete the provided COVID form upon arrival to the clinic
✨  consider a virtual consult to keep appointment times below 30mins
✨  wait two weeks if you’ve recently travelled, been in contact with someone who has recently travelled, or been in contact with a COVID positive case
✨  you continue to show your incredible patience and kindness to all as we navigate through this time together. Things are changing day-by-day and we’re doing our best to accommodate for all, whilst staying within regulations and minimising risks.

All treatments can be booked this time except for

✨Plasma Pen
✨Erbium laser

Our opening hours:

✨ Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday 9am – 5pm

✨ Wednesday 12pm – 8pm

✨ Saturday 9am – 1pm

Until further notice, all patients who have recently returned to Perth from outside of the state may be subject to a two week wait time from their return for any treatments.
