Summer, Skin and SPF
We’ve said it before, but we will say it again. SPF should be a part of your daily morning routine no matter the season. But now is the best time to start if you haven’t already.
Research shows that UV exposure is behind 80% of your skins ageing! While we can’t fight time and prevent chronological skin ageing, we can prevent early signs of ageing bought on by the sun. Things like dull spots, pigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles, as well as reduced levels of collagen are all exacerbated by UV exposure.
Something as simple as applying SPF daily can help prevent and reduce the severity of your skin ageing. You are never too young to start!
Prevention is much better, easier and more cost effective than treatment.
