Revlite Q Switch

RevLite Q Switch is an extremely effective treatment for improving the texture of your skin. The selective energy targets only collagen fibres or pigment.

New additions on this fantastic laser allow our Doctors to treat large spot sizes on all skin types, even dark and tanned skin, with effectiveness and comfort. This treatment penetrates the skin to stimulate collagen production, and to diminish wrinkles and acne scars, smoothing your skin.

If you want to bring back your glow, Revlite Laser refreshes the skin without downtime, as the laser does not affect the outermost layers of skin and instead passes through the upper layers of skin to stimulate collagen deep below.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the treatment involve?

The treatment works by delivering a combination of laser energies to the skin, which are absorbed by skin pigments, collagen and tattoo ink. This energy results in the breakdown and removal of the tattoo ink and pigment, and tightening of the tissue.

As the laser is administered, patients describe a tingling sensation.

A topical anaesthetic can be applied, but is not generally necessary.

Are there any side effects?

Like all lasers there are possible side effects which will be discussed at your initial consultation.

How long does the treatment take?

Depending on the area being treated it can take anywhere between 15-45 minutes.

How long will it take to see results after the treatment?

Non ablative laser rejuvenation is a gradual process, 4-6 treatments spaced between 3-5 weeks apart are usually required.

Is there any downtime?

There is minimal down time and discomfort.
